Below are some general disclaimers/information to keep in mind before commissioning me.
If you have any questions, please email me.

• Payment expected within 24hrs upon approval of sketch. "Rough" style commissions require payment upfront.• Please note that prices listed in the example pages are starting prices. Complex character designs, props, backgrounds & compositions will raise the price. I will provide a quote of the final price before an invoice is sent.• Paypal only for payments - I will send an Invoice to you• Commissioner can re-upload the image, crop, print out, & share the image purchased however they wish. Credit is not required, but very appreciated!• Artwork cannot be used commercially, or claimed as your own• Refunds given based on how much work is done.
CLICK HERE FOR REFUND POLICY.• Commissions can take anywhere from 1 day to 7 days upon receipt of payment. This may change depending on your place in queue.• Please provide details and information about what you are looking for in your commission in full. If you have specific details such as armor, clothing, composition, scenery, etc, please provide visual reference. These can be in the form of: Screenshots, art, stick figures, sketches, collages, pinterest boards, etc. Something is always better than nothing!
‣ I will provide up to three extra rough composition sketches if the first one or two do not match your idea. After which I will require extra payment.• I will provide Proofs/WIPs for your approval before moving on to the next step.
‣ Please review the entire piece in one sitting and send any possible errors in one message.• Up to 2 minor changes are allowed after a piece has been finalized, and must be requested within 72 hours.
‣ ADDITIONAL CHANGES will incur a $15 fee• BY ORDERING ANY NSFW/18+ ART YOU ARE AGREEING THAT YOU ARE 18 OR OLDER.Will Draw

Refund Policy

• If the commission is cancelled (by me or the client) before work has started, then the client will receive a full refund.• If the client cancels the commission during progress, the amount refunded will be on a case-by-case basis and up to the artist’s discretion. I do have a rough basis for refunds:‣ Sketch: 90%
‣ Clean: 50%
‣ Clean and Flat Color: 0% (Unless shading was included in the commission, then 15%)• No refunds will be given for completed or nearly completed commissions.• The artist reserves the right to cancel a commission at anytime, for any reason, and without explanation.• If I cancel the commission due to my inability to complete it at any state, a full refund will be given.

MODIFYING WORKS
(section 01)

• You can modify the original work, but please credit me if you post the edited original work.--- Ex: Design by Dinodraws,

PAYMENT METHOD(S)
(section 02)

• ALL purchases will be done through Paypal Invoices unless another method is offered.• Adoptables sold in points CAN ONLY BE SOLD in points or its RL-currency equivalent. You may consult artist for pricing questions.• I generally will not haggle prices. I may if I am 'entertaining offers' though.

VOUCHERS
(section 03)

• Please DO NOT TRADE designs for real items/merchandise or gift cards, etc.• YOU CANNOT resell an adopt you got in a voucher exchange.• If you got a design via voucher, you can revoucher it for another design that's worth the same price OR LESS.• Vouchers cannot be exchanged for money• Do not inflate the prices of vouchers based on what you traded for it. Vouchers should be the same as the original sale price UNLESS you've purchased additional art for it.• Art or character vouchers are allowed. (i.e. offering art or characters in exchange for a new design that someone buys directly from me)• Traded designs may be vouchered for the base design value (+ any commissioned work owner has added to design since obtaining)• If it does not have any resale value, do not resell!• If you're unsure, please ask me! Permission of vouchers may be revoked if abused, please use them responsibly!

ADOPTABLE RE-OPENING
(section 04)

• Adoptable Opens again if payment isn't received within hold limit.• After hold expires, adopt will re-open publicly or go to the next buyer who expresses interest.• Artist may hold adopts for longer if specified.• You (the buyer) understands that if rules are ignored or hold limit expires, you are not required to pay for product and will not be given priority.• You understand that if you choose to avoid artist during multiple attempts to contact, you will be blacklisted/banned from purchasing products.

GRANT OF RIGHTS
(section 05)

• Artist retains rights to authorship credit.• Artist agrees that Work is produced with the intent it be unique and will not seek to resell or publish Work.• PLEASE credit the artist/designer with one of the below.

----- DinoDraws @ Twitter• Overall Designs are allowed for non-commercial use (see section "COMMERCIAL RIGHTS") as long as design credit is properly given.• The original artwork IS NOT TO BE USED FOR COMMERCIAL PURPOSES.

RESELLING ADOPTABLES
(section 06)

• DO NOT Resell for more than you purchased them for!
-- Additional art that you have spent your own money on may raise its value.• You (The Buyer) understands that they may notify me (the artist) of a design transfer.
--- This will ensure the safety of the design and/or be proof of ownership should they run into any problems later.
--- Note: Adopts are digital goods and should only be sold as such.

TRADING ADOPTABLES
(section 07)

• Trading a design to someone? As stated above, let me know who the new owner is!• Adopts purchased then traded will only be for trade/gift.• Original value should only be used for determining what it should be traded for.• Do not inflate value based on what you trade for it (ex: trading a $100 design for a $30 one). Please provide/refer to the original purchase + any purchased commission price for its value.• DO NOT try to sell an adopt you obtained through trade or gift.• Adopts obtained through giveaways cannot be traded. Only gifted!
-- Pieces put into the design drawn by YOU (or gifted) does not raise the value!
-- If you've commissioned additional works, it should be priced at what you put in.

COMMERCIAL RIGHTS
(section 08)

• You (The Buyer) understands that you are not allowed to use my art of the design for profit in any way (under most circumstances, see below to see what you can do for commercial use)• The Buyer may resell complete design for the price purchased/invested in design.• You are allowed to include my designs in games/comics/videos and other mass media consumed materials for profit or non-profit productions (with proper credit). However you may not use the artwork.• You may make charms/shirts/prints/business cards/post cards featuring the character you have purchased
--- So long as they are made in limited quantity, and the art is YOUR OWN art, or art purchased from another user with explicit permission from them to use their art.

BLOCKCHAIN POLICY
(section 09)

I, DinoDraws, absolutely do not create or participate in any blockchain-related technology. If the project is used as such, I will respond with appropriate legal action and demand monetary compensation. (This includes NFTs)• Failure to follow this rule will also result in permanent ban+blacklist from purchasing/trading/owning any future designs or work.By purchasing or obtaining my designs through other means: You agree that you will not create or participate in any blockchain-related technology using my work or my designs.• This includes commissioning other artists work of my designs and using in any blockchain technology.
